Cheeky me…I haven’t been here in a while…
The current situation is that after such a long silence on my blog and after so many changes, I decided to come back with these pictures I took from my recent trip to Paris. So many things have changed since my last post and I can finally say that I reached the highest point of my happiness.
I think sometimes you have to take a break and see the things from far to refresh your mind and increase your creativity. So that’s what I did.
I took some time off from my busy life, especially from work. I went back to the place where I was born to visit my family. I focused and fought for what I wanted to do in the future and now I am studying what I love, I also found someone to love and moved on pretty quick onto getting a pretty little kitten called Mousey. He is currently sleeping on my lap, but I will introduce him later on.
I have been thinking about how important is to be different and proactive in these days and this is something that I will always fight for no matter what. I think is essential to be successful in the fashion field. I’ve been thinking a lot about loads of things and especially how to make this blog useful for everyone.
I’ve read so many articles saying that the blogging business is dead. I completely disagree. I always said that bloggers are the voice of ordinary people and that is one of the main touch points in the fashion industry. Let’s face it, most of us don’t travel around the world and own luxury accessories from a 9-5 job.
All I know is that as older you get, you become wiser on certain things and you start to appreciate what really matters. Finding yourself and happiness is what is all about.
So after reflecting on the past few months, is time to talk about Paris and its beauty.
What do you do when you need inspiration? Well, the easiest thing for a Londoner is to get some tickets from Eurostar and depart towards Paris.
For a few days, I was surrounded by love and art. My heart was fulfilled! Visiting the Opera and many museums inspired me to go in the right direction for some upcoming projects. The funny thing is that I wasn’t impressed with Paris the first time I visited the city. It was because I was coming from Spain which has a similar background. After 5 years in London…the vision is different now.
