Valentine’s day cliché

Warning! This will not be your typical Valentine’s day cliché post about what to wear on this day and all that! This is me making the best out of this day as a recent single lady. It looks like ending a relationship near San Valentine’s day , is becoming a habit in my life. Unfortunately sometimes you have to take some tough decisions if you think about what and who you want for the future.

Oh well, so here we go again with this festive day when you are supposed to show your love for your partner! Really? What about showing it everyday? I know this is supposed to be celebrated but I honestly think we should spread it daily and we actually don’t need a reminder for it.

Now… there are a couple of things I like about this specific day. Chocolates, red heart balloons, candies and etc. All this sounds like a cheat day for me so I decided to take advantage of all this and spend the day watching my favourite romantic movies, stuffing my face with sweets and forgeting about the idea that you need someone to complete you.
