I believe most of us already know about the coconut oil benefits. This post is a reminder or for those who are not familiar with this effective way to help your skin, hair, diet etc.

There are so many reasons why you should include coconut oil in your diet. It is all about being beautiful inside out. Coconut oil is one of the few foods that can treat your organism and also keep you looking beautiful. It has been studied that the people who eat coconut oil regularly are in excellent health, with no evidence of heart disease.

You can start by including it into your diet like taking a spoon of it when you feel that you need an energy boost or to improve your immune system.

Nothing better than organic food, trust me!

Today I am going to talk about how I use coconut oil and how it works for me.

This is my main usage of the coconut oil.
Since a while, my hair started to get frizzy and kind of damaged so I after hearing from so many friends about how they use coconut oil as a conditioner, I decided to give it a try.
I got mine my pressed coconut oil from the Whole Foods market because I wanted to make sure is 100% organic. and I keep buying it because since I started to use it once a week, I saw a big improvement.

First, you take a bit with the spoon and you rub it on your hand to convert it to oil, then you apply it on your dry hair.

After you covered all your dry hair with the coconut oil, leave it in for as long as you can. I normally cover my hair with a cap and I sleep with it until I take a shower in the morning.

Since I started to do this treatment, I saw a big improvement and I am so happy I finally found something that prevents my hair from being damaged.


I also use coconut oil as a face moisturiser, makeup remover, lip balm during the night and body oil.
Once a month I do a face mask with lemon, honey and coconut oil.

I do this once in a while but I should do it more often. 20 min mouthwash with coconut oil prevents bad breath and makes your teeth whiter. I mean who doesn’t want that?
