How’s the first week of january going?
It is kind of hard to get back on track after the holidays but I am so determined to be healthy and exercise this year! Hope you guys get inspired with the next posts.
This is the first recipe I am posting, and I must recognise…I was never a good cook and for the moment I will stick to quick and easy recipes because that’s what works most of the time.
So…this is something really simple and easy to do!
If you start cutting the ingredients bellow in small pieces and then you mix and press them togheter, you will have this tasty and healthy salad that you could put on a toast for breakfast or snack.
1 Sunflower Tuna can
2 Boiled eggs
Don’t forget to add a little bit of salt & pepper and ready to serve!
