Best places to eat in London

Hey loves! Finally is Saturday and I decided to post this specific article today, in case you might go for a casual dinner in London or even if you visit the city and you are looking for something good and spontaneous.

I live in London for about 6 years now and to be honest, it took me while until I found good places to eat. What do I mean with good places? It starts with food hygiene and carries on with healthy food and a good atmosphere. Either you go shopping or you have meetings you probably need to have lunch or dinner somewhere. In this big city, you can find anything and you can also get many disappointments if you don’t research well enough where to go. So after many successful and failed attempts, here’s my top 5 places to eat in London on the casual and daily basis.

PRINCI

135 Wardour St, London W1F 0UT

My favourite place ever! Seriously! I go to Princi so often than even the staff know me and my boyfriend haha!

Princi is a counter-service Milanese bakery and pizzeria with modern, minimalist styling. The ambience and customer service are great but the most important factor is the Italian food! Absolutely delicious because all those artisan recipes and ingredients.

One of my favourite dishes is the lasagna and the pesto pasta salad. The list of things that I like from this bakery goes on but I definitely recommend this bakery/restaurant to everyone that is in London. I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

LA ANTICA FABRICA DEL CIOCOLATTO S.A.I.D

39-, 41 Broadwick St, London W1F

This place is a desert only, but not just any dessert. Italian cafe shop based in Soho that offers the best chocolate I’ve tried so far in London. You know that kind of thick hot chocolate made of real chocolate? This is the place for that and many other treats for a cheat day!

BUSABA EATHAI

12 locations in London but I usually go to:

106-110 Wardour St, London W1F 0TR

Busaba Eathai is a modern Thai restaurant that offers the real exotic taste of Thailand. The Thai menu includes freshly prepared salads, stir fries and curries but my favourite dish is the calamari and Tom Kha chicken with glass noodles, lemongrass chicken, coconut and galangal soup. Perfect if you want to try something new and tropical.

SLUG & LETTUCE

Many of them across London. My favourite is in:

30 S Colonnade, London, Canary Wharf E14 4QQ

I guess any Londoner knows about this one but, to be honest, I really like their food. The cocktails are even better. Best day to go is Monday as they have 50% on food and 2 for 1 cocktails. You’re welcome guys! And btw…my favourite cocktail EVER is the Pornstar Martini…Yeap, that’s right! Make sure you try it because is so fruity and delicious!

GREENWICH MARKET

5b Greenwich Market, London SE10 9HZ

Organising a picnic on a sunny day in Greenwich is one of the most relaxing things to do in London. Near the Greenwich Park, there is Greenwich market where you can find the so much variety in food that you can take away and have it in the park. From Spanish dishes to Vietnamese food.
