Weekly Workout Routine and Playlist

Hey there bunnies! How are you guys enjoying the summer?

Well I am currently working hard to get my body in the shape I want for my holidays and today’s post is about my weekly workout routine and my playlist which I am convinced you will love, especially if you are a 90’s kid!

Since I finished uni for this year, I try my best to workout at least 4 days a week starting from Monday to Friday with a rest day. So here’s my weekly workout plan that I think would work for any beginner at this.

Day 1

5K Run. I am lucky enough to live just near the river Thames and running is something that runs in the family so for me is kind of a relaxing exercise. What keeps me going? Music as usual, so make sure you check my playlist for your workouts.

Day 2

Abs workout 30min. I tend to focus on the areas that need more attention. I am not trying to lose weight dramatically, for the moment I just want to tonify so I do exercises that are good for the waist, back, arms and abs.

Day 3

5k Run

Day 4

Legs, booty workout 30min. I think you need to be careful with this one because you don’t make your legs thick, at least I don’t. I normally do exercises for my things, ankles and of course, the bum work including loads of squats.

And now my favourite part is my workout playlist which keeps me hyped all the time.
